The Challenge

Establish strong social media presence for the newly opened UFC GYM Australia, increase brand awareness, build loyal customer relationships, generate leads for the sales team, attract new members and improve customer satisfaction.

The Solution

We initiated the entire social media presence for UFC Gym with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Google+ and Pinterest. We motivated, inspired and influenced Sydney people and gym goers to try a brand new health club and train different.

The Execution

We connected with other active UFC fans in Australia and Sydney fitness influentials and bloggers. Through the use of content marketing and active listening online, we addressed the audience’s challenges with motivational quotes, fitness tips, health and diets tips, brand new classes and training programs and inspirational body changes from gym members. We monitored conversations online and actively responded to questions and comments from future members. Developed and executed a membership social media contest on Facebook to drive pre-sales for the club.

The Results

In 3 months:

UFC Gym Sydney had developed the most engaging Facebook fitness page in Australia.

In 12 months:

the Facebook page attracted 27,645 loyal and engaged fans

4,586 Instagram followers

1,402 Twitter followers

155 YouTube subscribers

18,517 video views
